Third Place Hotel - Saitama

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Separate bath and toilet were convenient. Healthy breakfast. Close to Omiya train station. Free breakfast for one morning. Roomy shower. Good sleep. Helpful staff.

The hotel's location was spot on! Just a short walk from the train station and near to the city's nightlife. The free breakfast offered was also a great treat! Tasty and healthy options made for a great start to my day. The clean and spacious shower in my room was another plus point. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

My experience at this hotel was not all positive. The fact that there were no keys to the rooms made me feel uneasy. I also had to wait a long time for the front desk person to come and lock/unlock my room. Additionally, I did not feel comfortable with the hotel’s atmosphere and the types of people who were around, especially during my Christmas stay. It felt less like a hotel and more like a love hotel or a place for short stays. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. the location is ideal, just a short walk from Omiya station and close to many restaurants. the room was clean and tidy, with separate bath and toilet facilities. We loved the healthy breakfast provided, and the staff were helpful and friendly. the elevator was also a plus, making it easy to access our room on a higher floor.

The door locking system can be inconvenient at times, as we had to rely on the front desk to open and lock our room.

Spending xmas at this hotel was a great experience. the location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, made it easy to explore the city. the room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities including a fantastic shower and a delicious breakfast.

The fact that there were no keys for the room was a bit disconcerting, but the staff quickly put my mind at ease by explaining their security measures. the aircon was a bit finicky, and it was a bit loud at times.
